If you would like to move the website to a different hosting plan or to a different Hostinger account, here are the steps you would need to do:

  1. Download backup files and database to your local computer;
  2. Download your email backups to your local computer;
  3. Remove the domain from the current hosting plan;
  4. Add domain to the new hosting plan;
  5. Upload the backup file via FTP account;
  6. Create new database and import the backup;
  7. Recreate the same email accounts;
  8. Upload the email backups to your webmail.
I would like to kindly note that these steps have to be done from your end due to credentials sensitivity.
